Your First Visit
From your very first visit, you’ll know Park Dental was the right choice. No matter when your last dental visit was, we’ll listen to your concerns and help you get on the right track for optimal dental health.
Your first visit includes a thorough examination by an experienced dentist to determine your current dental health. After the exam, your dentist will develop a preventive plan designed specifically for you.
New Patient Registration
We make becoming a new patient easy with our online registration system. After you have scheduled your appointment with your dentist, you’ll receive an email with instructions to register online prior to your visit. You won’t need to bring any paper forms with you the day of your appointment, and you won’t need to sit in the waiting room filling out long forms. If you prefer paper or have technical difficulties with our online registration system, you can download, print and complete our new patient registration packet by clicking on the link below.
