What I enjoy most about dentistry is the opportunity to improve a person’s quality of life, whether by alleviating one’s pain or improving confidence in one’s smile. I believe in patient-centered care where patients feel both comfortable and informed, and I strive to create long-lasting relationships with my patients. The field of dentistry is ever-changing and I am committed to continue learning throughout my career.

Outside of the office I enjoy spending time with friends, family, and my cat, Theo. I love to get out and explore on my bike, travel to new places, bake delicious treats, and curl up to a good book or movie. My time at the University of Minnesota Duluth instilled in me a love of the North Shore and I love to hike, camp, and be up north as much as I can.

Dr. Strehlke was wonderful. She was very nice and answered all of my questions in a very clear manner. She was super quick and gentle as well. I would highly recommend on seeing her. She was amazing. I've seen her a couple of times now, and she's become "my" dentist now. I wouldn't want to see anyone else.

We appreciated the offer to purchase high % fluoride toothpaste. We also appreciated learning about the resin option that would help the areas that were decalcified after inadequate maintenance. We opted not to do the resin treatment, but might in the future. The dentist clearly explained the options.

This was a new dentist to me. She cancelled the oral surgeon referral as well as the cap procedure. This was very valuable because she gave me a second opinion on those items which I would have asked for anyway. I think second opinions on those types of procedures should be routine to make the patient more comfortable.

The only concern was after the procedure (minor filling on front tooth), I was not shown the results and given procedure was front tooth was odd. I felt confident about procedure but I was immediately checking the result in my car mirror which seemed unnecessary thing to do. Great experience overall.

So the Dentist class A+ personality in that: perfectionist, absolute perfectionist regarding my crowns, no pain, no discomfort...pre and post...I have been looking for a perfectionist Dental services for approximately 22yrs...I had a horrid experience w/ a crown (not dentist fault; just a difficult mouth to work in); well...this dentist is an absolute perfectionist in all areas. Not only did I refer the dentist to my partner; I have been showing off my new crowns at work describing my experience of no pain, no discomfort, inadequate fit etc.....absolute perfection...and I mean perfection

I love Dr. Strehlke - she is a great dentist and makes me feel very comfortable. She doesn't ever make me feel bad about how poor my teeth are - she just comes with an "ok, let's fix it" attitude and I definitely needed that after COVID and then when this filling came out. She apologized and said it was probably the way she shaped the tooth that it came out, which was a big step for a dentist to do, and something my last dentist never would have done!

My visit was just wonderful. I have used another facility for my dental work for 40 plus years. I liked them but my insurance no longer deals with them. Therefor I was quite worried about a new dentist. And your group of people put me at ease and treated everything clearly and efficiently. Highly recommended to anyone, let me tell you.
