Professional Statement

I thoroughly enjoy delivering personalized and comprehensive dental care to all of my patients. I continually work to learn and advance my dental skills – with an emphasis on jaw function, occlusion and sleep apnea. I enjoy working with patients of all ages, and try to deliver care as pain free as possible.

I care for patients with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and am currently working toward Diplomat status with the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, a certification for dentists who treat OSA with oral appliance therapy. I also collaborate with sleep physicians to identify the best treatment for each patient.

Personal

Away from the dental office, I enjoy being active by playing golf, tennis and skiing – downhill and cross country. I also enjoy spending time in the outdoors, cooking, and traveling with my wife, son and dog.

I love my dentist and I wouldn't want anyone else! He is thorough, kind and personable. I never feel pressured to do something I don't want to do. He is supportive of my decisions. He is genuinely concerned about my oral health and checks things out thoroughly. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I come from a family of dentists and I've had a lifetime of dentistry work. Dr Remakel is the best dentist I've ever had. He filled a chipped front tooth that no other dentist was able to fix. The filling other dentists put in would always eventually fall off with flossing. the combination of Dr. Remakel's skill, artistry and care got it right. And at a recent appointment he very efficiently completed several fillings in one visit. Saving me time and money and allowing me to not worry about dentistry visits and get on with my life:)
