Dr Kouvallis was great!Om my first visit with him, we talked about some issues I was having with headaches and if they this problem could be related to implants I had put in at another facility. I also had a crown that had fallen out and was debating whether to have another crown made or extract the tooth. He convinced me to get a new crown and was going to research whether there could be a correlation with the two issues.When I went back to Dr Kouvallis, he thought the headaches could be due to the implant bite. After grinding the affected areas, I'm happy to say the headaches are gone. I'm happy to say the headaches are gone!

My only concern was that I did not fully understand my options with getting fillings. Some of this was my fault, as I did not ask good questions while I was in the office with the Doctor. However, we did talk with scheduling Manager and she was to clarify some of my options with the doctor.

Dr. Kouvalis was very professional and did a great job. He takes the hurt and the pressure away from you and makes going to the dentist much easier. I'm 81 but I still get the jitters going to the dentist. He puts you at ease.

I had a rough edge on one of my upper molars that I asked to be smoothed off. I was disappointed because it looks like the entire cusp was shaved down. It's a good thing the tooth is not visible. The edge that remained felt sharp to my tongue because a polishing bur, such as a green stone, was not used when done.I worked as a dental assistant for 24 years and have impeccable dental hygiene. I was a little insulted when the dentist told me that I should floss between my crowns to avoid getting tooth decay. All I could think is "doesn't he think that I floss my teeth?".

Only thing was the wait time between cleaning and waiting for the doctor to come. Waited 10 min after i was done with cleaning to have the doctor see me for 2 min. Not always like that but this last time was a little long.

my Dr is the best. knowledgeable, skillful, takes his time to ensure I was comfortable because I was very scared and nervous and I hate pain he made my visit feel very at ease, comfortable and most importantly trustworthy because he went above and beyond to ensure I was okay, to tell me what he was doing and was very gentle
