After working in the business world for several years, I returned to school to pursue a career in healthcare, and specifically dentistry, because I wanted to have a direct impact on a person’s health and well-being. After graduating from dental school, I purchased my uncle’s dental practice. He had been providing dental care for the local community since 1959. I have been in private practice for over 25 years and have been proud to continue serving the dental needs of area families with excellence, honesty, and compassion. I now enjoy collaborating with other doctors and staff at Park Dental and being part of a team of dental professionals.

In my free time, I enjoy a variety of outdoor activities including tennis, golf, skiing, and boating. My wife and I also enjoy traveling and walking our basset hound, Bentley.

The dentist was good, I didn't have any problems to discuss today, I hadn't seen this dentist before, saw him because my regular dentist wasn't avail; .(the same goes with hygienist, my reg. One wasn't avail)

Dr. Sween was excellent. I was apprehensive about my treatments as I had a difficult previous experience. He listened and moved forward with a plan that helped ensure I had the breaks so I wouldn't have the same outcome as before. He is compassionate and caring. Terrific dentist!

Dr Sween was awesome. Didn't try to encourage unnecessary treatment. He was honest and said the tooth would be pulled when pain occurs. Didn't reccommend a root canal and crown. Previous dentist reccommeded over $10000 in treatments.
