I chose to pursue a career in dentistry because it combines the creativity of art with the precision of science, which is needed to establish a meaningful connection with my patients. My goal is to provide a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere in which my patients feel heard and understood. I love educating patients about their teeth and empowering them to achieve the best possible oral health. 

During my leisure time, I relish spending quality moments with my fiancé. I enjoy cooking and trying out different restaurants in Minneapolis. Hiking and kayaking are two of my favorite activities because I find myself connected with nature’s peacefulness and beauty in the outdoors.

Dentist Sheehan was in a rush, rough with my mouth/lips/teeth, and unaware of my medical history. She had an air of being somehow authoritative over my health and decisions despite not knowing anything about me.

The individual seemed impatient and would speak over one In a conversation, and appeared to have an attitude. Could Improve on communication and human relations skills, also be respectful to others.

Doctor Shaheen was also very thorough in her examination and in her follow-up regarding my visit with the Periodontist (Doctor Wu) and the recommendations that Doctor Wu made regarding ongoing monitoring of my condition.

Compared to previous dentists, I wasn't given a break while they did the filling. It was a pretty short process but felt like I had my mouth open for the entire treatment.

Why do some doctors not have a star rating or comments?

In order to provide our patients with the most accurate and beneficial information, we only post star ratings and comments for a doctor once they have received a minimum of 30 surveys within the previous 12 months.
