I understand dentists are busy. This is the second time I saw him. Zero personality. Not even the slightest conversation. I'm going to reschedule with a different dentist. I saw my last dentist for nearly 20 years before he retired. (Different clinic... It was his.) He was never too busy to ask questions or chat for a moment.

I don't care for Dr Knutson. But I love my hygentist. I find him to be in a rush, and lacks any personality. He comes across as being rude & uninterested in my care. Mentions things about my teeth to hygentist, yet doesn't explain any issues with me. He just leaves exam room- leaving me to ask for an explanation.

As a child I had bad experiences with my dentist, so I have huge anxiety when going to the dentist. Dr. Knutson is amazing! He has helped me with my anxiety and he is an amazing dentist. I only see him and I only follow his directions and guidance. He has worked with me on crowns, root canal and an implant. I recommend him often to others and I will continue to Only treat with him because of his professionalism!!

I was overwhelmed the day of the visit, so I wasn't really able to ask a lot of questions....he did call me a few days later , tho, to check in on how the procedure went and that really made me feel cared about. I will schedule future appointments with him. I have a big hurdle to get over with trusting dentists...and I think he will be a good fit for me. He was kind and also straightforward and I didn't feel like he was distracted when he was examining me.

Discussed issues from old injuries and fillings from previous providers. Went through the options for a temporary repair, until a crown could be done, and listed out a complete plan for restoring my oral health. Doctor and scheduling took time to go over priorities and recommendations to make sure I am able to maximize my yearly dental benefits from insurance. Couldn't ask for more complete care.
