Dentistry can be scary, overwhelming and sometimes embarrassing. I enjoy meeting patients where they are in regards to their oral health and creating a plan to improve their health. I have found that I best help others in dentistry by relieving their pain, calming their fears and apprehensions, and helping them improve their smiles.

Outside of dentistry, my other job is a mom. I keep busy trying to keep up with the energy of a toddler. I also enjoy spending time outdoors gardening and going on walks and runs.

I really like her. She is obviously very intelligent. She seems to know what she is doing and makes the appt fun. I wish she wasn't so good, because that makes her so popular that it is hard to get in to see her for my next appt.

Dr. Nelson is outstanding. She explained my options, offered recommendations, and let me chose my treatment. During the dental work, she was friendly, relaxed, and very attentive to me as a patient. I highly recommend her.
