Park Dental Named Star Tribune Top Workplace for 2022

We are excited to announce that Park Dental has recently been named a 2022 Top Workplace by the Star Tribune!  Park Dental is listed among the Star Tribune’s Top 200 Minnesota companies, ranking 50 in the large companies category (companies with 500 or more employees). The recipients of Star Tribune’s Top Workplaces were published online on Tuesday, June 14 and within in a special section of the Sunday, June 19, edition. This recognition affirms that Park Dental ranks among the best employers in Minnesota – something our doctors and team members already knew.  This is the third time in the past 5 years that Park Dental has received a Top Workplace honor. We did not participate in the Top Workplaces survey in 2020 or 2021 due to the pandemic.

The evaluation of the Top Workplaces is based on feedback provided in a survey completed by our doctors and team members earlier this year.  The survey focuses on several areas that are factors in determining organizational health including, alignment, effectiveness, connection, engagement, management, leadership, compensation/training and diversity. We had over 670 doctors and team members respond to the survey.

4,246 organizations were invited to participate in the survey, and 79,658 employees shared their views. The Star Tribune used this information to make their Top Workplaces designations with 309 companies making the winners list. As one of the organizations making the top 200 list of companies being recognized, we are most certainly in elite company. We are honored to be included in the list of Top Workplaces, especially since the ultimate judges were our very own Park Dental doctors and team members.

Being named a Top Workplace is truly wonderful recognition, a reflection of the extraordinary efforts and outstanding attitudes our doctors and team members exhibit every day. We believe it is a great reflection of the healthy dynamics present in our culture and enjoyed by everyone who works for Park Dental. This is yet another point of differentiation Park Dental has over other organizations competing for top talent in dentistry today.  This honor would not have been possible without the hard work, dedication and commitment of our doctors and team members, especially with the challenges faced over the last two years from the pandemic. We congratulate and thank each and every one of our doctor and team members for playing a part in building our wonderful workplace culture.
