Park Dental Named Top Workplace for 2019 by Star Tribune

I am very pleased to share with you that Park Dental was named a Top Workplace by the Star Tribune newspaper. The listing of Star Tribune Top Workplaces was published in a special section of the Sunday, June 16, edition of the Minneapolis paper. This is the second year in a row Park Dental has received this designation, a fact my colleagues and I are very proud of. This recognition reaffirms that we continue to sustain a strong work culture and are excited to share this fact with patients, prospective patients and prospective doctors and team members.  

The evaluation for the Top Workplaces program is based upon feedback from an employee survey that many of our doctors and team members completed a few months ago. These answers and comments were the basis for the Top Workplaces recognition. This is the second year we have participated in the survey, making us two for two in receiving the Top Workplaces recognition.

Park Dental placed 31^st in Minnesota in the large organization category in a year where a record number of employers participated in the Top Workplaces survey program. Although we just missed being named to the Regional Top 150 Workplaces (only 30 large organizations make this list), our 2019 engagement survey scores were high enough to be recognized as a National Standard Top Workplace. This means that the feedback from our doctors and team members was more positive and scored higher than the majority of the companies nationwide that participated in the survey.

We believe being a Star Tribune Top Workplace is yet another point of differentiation Park Dental has over other organizations competing for top talent today in the state. As a patient or prospective patient, I hope our doctors’ and team members’ satisfaction with their roles and workplaces carries through to the care you receive. I certainly believe it plays a significant part of our efforts to improve even more people’s lives as a “Leader in Oral Health!”
